Your private five-star resort awaits at this extraordinary estate home located within the coveted golf-course community of The Crosby at Rancho Santa Fe. Enjoy a private backyard that features a two-level lake-style swimming pool with towering waterfalls, custom in-ground hot tub, a grotto, cabana with fireplace, and a beach with fresh sand, while a fireplace-warmed loggia, professionally designed drought-tolerant tropical landscaping, two fire pits and an outdoor BBQ kitchen with swim-up bar and in-pool seating enhance the area’s unforgettable ambiance. Embraced by a premium corner homesite on a cul-de-sac, the elegant residence is equally impressive indoors, where a two-story floorplan extends approx. 4,755 s.f. An appropriately grand entrance leads to luxurious principal rooms, and a reef-inspired aquarium lends enchantment to the family room. The home’s gourmet kitchen displays a large marble island, wood cabinetry, granite countertops, a 6-burner Wolf cooktop with griddle and a built-in Sub-Zero refrigerator. Six bedrooms and four- and one-half baths ensure comfort and privacy, and the primary suite is distinguished by a view deck. Attention to detail is unmatched, as revealed through beautiful paneling, crown molding, coffered ceilings and hardwood flooring. Owned solar and electric car charger convey.

"Coming from the suburbs, it has been such a great experience. Everything is just so close. Groceries, parks, the airport, specialty stores( hardware, floral, etc), amazing restaurants and bars literally within 1-10minutes of a walk. VERY dog friendly… even in grocery stores as long as the pup is well behaved. Unfortunately, not terribly kid friendly, although there are a families with small children I’ve encountered here and there. Love it and will miss it when we leave to start a family"
