We ride our bikes to games at PetCo too! The people who live here are engaged and very diverse (thank god) - it's a "live and let live" kind of neighborhood. It's not the 'burbs!"

    "Nearby North Park & Hillcrest offer more amenities for around the same price (and slightly more chaos). This is a residential area but not as quiet as you might expect. Most of the old homes on larger lots have been converted to apts- parking is terrible and renters don't care for the community as the original property owners did."
