    "San Carlos used to be a cute small town in the Bay Area. Unfortunately, along with the rest of this area, it’s been over run with people. Too many people moved here, too many town houses are being built and the traffic is terrible. No one has any patience while driving, and often do not wait for me and my daughter to cross in crosswalks. It’s sad to see this quaint town has lost all its character."
