4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageGrant High School was a life changing experience for me. This is a school with many opportunities, if you seek them. I was college ready, and a top student. I also was an athlete and found the programs to be amazing. While Grant is lacking in funding it makes up for it in spirit. Im sad to hear alot of the staff that were there when I attended are no longer working there, but that staff made the school as amazing as it is. I feel this school would have better ratings if more people knew to post reviews on this site. When there are only negative experiences being broadcasted and the people with positive experiences are not doing reviews, it doesn't create a cumulative review thats not based on bias. This school has the greatest potential, and the greatest stories to go along with it. I blame the city and the state for not putting more into the school considering its location. Despite the adversity, those who have strong pacer pride, work hard to give the school a better name.Other Review2y ago - Michael J. Castori Elementary School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have went to this school and it was a blast! I made the best memories over there and once your in 5th and 6th grade you get 3 classes which is just preparing you for middle school with all the switching and the people there you could find lots of friends! There are very many smart kids. I wish I could just go back to that school.Parent Review1y ago - Martin Luther King Jr. Technology Academy

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIt was a good school but some teachers have diffrent moods and are different but thats normal but at this school kids would bring alcohol and things to smoke and kids do it all the time and the school knows it but so far as long as u stay away from the negativity and stay with positive and good side of teachers than u should be fine just dont get mixed into trouble because your most likely to get into a fight and since its 7th to 8th there are big kids and if ur small u definitely don't want to get stirred up in trouble and drama..well thats all i gotta say but the teachers are nice and great and same to some kids..Student Review5y ago - Check out schools near 3455 Montrose St.

"Dogs seem like they are nice and accepted here. I love dogs and I appreciate their presence and everyone here is nice and I love it and i wish that I can have a dog soon so I can't introduce them to the other dogs and walk around the neighborhood and okay and throw frisbees and just have fun altogether "

"Some dogs get out of the yard but most people walk their dogs around the neighborhood. The dogs are defensive but that’s natural. The strays run for a couple days even weeks before animal control comes out."

"neighborhood has churches who comes and invites family's and childrens on different events, such as Halloween, etc."

"Dogs running loose all the time so to have your dog in a leash your most likely to encounter a stray dog from time to time as well creepy people walking and riding bikes around the neighborhood daily I’m trying to move away from this neighborhood "
