3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have a 5-year old super active little child. Teacher can't handle her so he reports to the principal. Principal called me to come get my child because they can't control her. They adviced me to take my kid somewhere else. All the things that the principal told me were very upsetting. The main reason why I want my child in school so that she can learn things, she can learn good behavior, I thought teachers know how to handle kids that's why teacher go to school for their masters, bachelors in science degree etc before getting a job as a teacher. Instead helping my child, they do not have patience and they found an easy way out by calling me and tell me to take my child somewhere else. My child is in transitional kindergarten and she was only 1 week in the classroom and they already gave up on her. They are the ones who know better, they should know how to discipline kids, that is why teachers study psychology in college. But anyway... God must have a good reason for this. Like I always tell my self, I put my whole trust to the Lord almighty and not lean on my own understanding.Parent Review3y ago - Robert C. Cooley Middle School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs an old student, I found this middle school the most enjoyable one I've been too. IN 6th grade before covid the lunch hours, the campus was very attractive to us. The teachers are kind and sweet, and the counselor Mrs.Grace was so so nice. I would love to go back. I believe this school was the best middle school in Placer county. If you're going here, Have fun, And don't stress. Middle school there isn't as scary as it seems. Good luck Cobras!Student Review2y ago - Roseville High School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe moved from Arizona and thought the schools in California would be more inclusive. I have to say that every staff member we met was welcoming, cared about my teen's success as a student and bent over backwards to help with accomodations. We were introduced to the nurse, the school counselor and even the wellness center staff who had a partnership with a local LGBTQ+ group to give teens a safe space to meet and talk. Sadly my child was bullied the first few days of school and the staff was powerless to do anything and my teenager didn't feel safe at Roseville. The students are not accepting the the school board is run by parents who don't want to promote inclusivity or kindness towards kids who are different. My teenager said the only person who was nice to them in class was a kid who had tourettes. The school board is now trying to ban LGBTQ+ clubs which is the only safe space for many teens in high school. It is heartbreaking that this is happening in Roseville.Parent Review1y ago - Check out schools near 336 Sawtell Rd.
