It is very good in average. If any doubts the police station; it 5 minutes away that it is very in orden good to luck, I like like it."

    "I have a friend who lives in Sunrise Terrace and I go there often. The grounds are attractive with lots of lawn, trees, a pool and a tennis court. The units are well planned with bedrooms & full bath upstairs. Her's has all new appliances with a washer & dryer. The neighborhood is well-maintained with attractive homes across the street. Just a couple of blocks down SW Blvd. is University Square with a Subway, Mex Food, Bagel Shop, Hair Salon, Mini Mart, and more. A few blocks down Camino Colegio is another Mini Mart and Mex Food. The neighbors are great - a mix of couples, a few kids, singles and retirees. All in all a very pleasant place to live. I'm actually looking to buy a condo there for myself. Problem is people seem to like it there and don't move."
