"Cars do drive fast down small streets but children do play in front yards. It's a quieter neghiborhood but it's friendly. I know 4 of my neighbors by 1st name and we look out for each other."

"Bad neighborhood to many gangs to may car jackings going on gang members in front of stores harassing people gun shots in the night time I work in this area at a senior living home and there’s so much activity at night we have to call the cops at least three times a month "

"Easy I work at a school in this community. Less than 7 minutes to get to work which is great. Easy ways to shopping centers and food places less than 15 minutes driving."

"Easy access to both 15 and 91 freeways. Approximately five miles to each. 10 miles to 60 freeway. 15 miles to 10 freeway. Easy access on and off. Building fast track on 15 to support traffic. "
