They are not supportive in any sense and when you reach out to them to ask if any further step can be taken to solve the issue or disability that your child might have, they do not have anything to offer. The teacher is also not supportive and all the time what they say to you to disarm you is that" your child is such a cutie one or how she looks charming ??! " OMG, I do not need these words!! I need action on your end and supportive assistance for my chid. Also the after school program in this school is another headache by itself! Neither were involved in sports, but I have plenty of friends and acquaintances whose children had wonderful experiences. I was happy to see the teachers are dedicated to academics and not politics or pushing agendas. "Many tourists visit the area and therefore kids should be monitored as well as anything that may seem suspicious but in general it’s a very family friendly and safe area. I leave my windows open at night and can easily leave my door open if I take my dog out for a short walk. Schools are great and nothing beats being close to the ocean. :) "

"The area doesn’t have any traffic congestion but going downtown LA or to Hollywood is at least 3 to 4 times the miles - usually about about an hour to 1 to 1 1/2 hours during regular drive time during the day. About 35 minutes minimum when traffic is clear. "
