good school, i’ve met some of my closest friends here that is still have as a junior in high school

Lincoln Elementary is an excellent school. The teachers provide a rigorous academic experience for all students, while at the same time providing top-notch SEL programming, which includes the research-based program, Growth Mindset. The SDC classes are well integrated into the school environment, demonstrating a clear commitment to a full inclusion model. The teachers care and are committed to the whole child. Not only are the teachers top notch at all grade levels, but the principal goes above and beyond to support families and is closely involved with the PTA. Research shows that when parents are involved in their student’s education, students perform much better academically. As evidenced by Lincoln’s high test scores, it is clear that that parents are participating. We have been a Lincoln family for 7 years now, and have had many opportunities to serve as volunteers in the school community. Whether it be as a Hands on Art Docent, a Nutrition or Garden Docent, at PTA events, or as one of the Watch DOGS (Dads of Great Students). On top of all of this, the parent community is welcoming, inviting and inclusive. We have made many great friends in this community and are so proud to be a part of it!

Both of my children have gone to school here. Academically, there are lots of great opportunities. Neither were involved in sports, but I have plenty of friends and acquaintances whose children had wonderful experiences. I was happy to see the teachers are dedicated to academics and not politics or pushing agendas. I know my children are ready for college or for working in the real world because they are well rounded with history, science, math and writing/reading wise.
