Very low crime area with excellent ingress and egress. Country Oaks residents is a well established neighborhood, that effectively influence's "City Developments" in and around its vicinity. Residents are "proactive" and involved in keeping area safe and insulated from outside negative influence's. "

    "I live in the Mt. Vista Subdivision. This area is all mobile homes that are on there own land. No monthly park fees. A once a year 35.00 fee to be a part of the association. This area is quiet clean and pretty with lots of trees and flowers. Honeycomb Way in particular is a cut-de-sac. Many people in this location are retirees and couples. We bought our mobile home 3 years and absolutely love the location (age 50). No noisy neighbors or police showing up. We call it our little slice of heaven!"
