I do wish owners would take advantage of the free dog bags and trash cans to pick up their dogs poop. Just because their dog is little and makes small poop doesn’t mean they don’t have to pick it up."

    "Far from freeway close to toll roads. Also hit a lot of traffic on Oso Parkway which is the only access for road to the freeway. Construction is really bad and causes back ups. If you work in the area it’s great! "

The beach club is a great place to take the kids during the summer months. The Santa Fe neighborhood is centrally located to the downtown area making it an easy walk. This unique neighborhood of single family homes has some of the best floorplans in the community. All of the models are laid out extremely well and are a great value compared to other neighborhoods. It is very family friendly and a great area to raise kids. Many homeowners are original owners and don't want to leave. It's easy to see why!"
