I am happy with this school. My child is interested in their courses and has had great teachers so far!

This is the worst school my child has been to in Palmdale. The principal’s don’t do anything to protect your child. If your child is getting bullied, harassed, or being called a racial name and your child defends themselves your child will receive a detention and not the other student. There is constant bullying threats and the school is not doing anything about it. I have tried to move my child from Hillview but all the schools in the Westside district is full. As soon as any school is open I’m checking my child out. The teachers are amazing but the principals and the environment is not.

Such a great school. With great resources for students. I think it comes down to also have great principles. They are just so wonderful Mrs Conner and Ms Hofmann just really seem to care. They have great after school programs and I feel like the teachers really care. They also listen when parents have concerns. The only thing I wish they had was more guidance on drop offs and picks ups. When a staff member is out there making sure parents aren't parking in the pick up and drop off area and getting out when they aren't supposed to. It goes so smoothly. But when no one is there it becomes quite frustrating when parents decide to just not care and hold up the line so that can get a little hectic. Besides that best school in Westside school district. I know some will argue it's Gregg Anderson but I think Esperanza takes the cake.

Excellent school! The principals are amazing and do their absolute best to know each and every child individually. The teachers care about their students and make themselves easily available to contact them if ever I had a comment, question or concern. The school promotes school spirit and unity and is extremely clean and well kept. I feel safe sending my student there and feel that she is receiving a great education.
