"I both live and work in the neighborhood. It is so pretty here and the trees are MAGNIFICENT. I'm a NYC transplant and never thought I could live such a quiet way of life. I WAS WRONG. I love this neighborhood. It's close to downtown where people are so friendly and actually say hello to you ! Great restaurants and shopping . Always something happening in Pleasanton. I love the Saturday Farmer's Market. Great place for kids, dogs and people of all ages...I will definitely retire in this neighborhood and be completely happy."

"I have lived many places in California, other parts of the USA as well as a five year period in the United Kingdom. I always miss Pleasanton when I am living elsewhere and find I just always come back! The climate, the safety, the diversity both culturally and aesthetically are second to none. World class medical is available, great schools, public library and a city council over the years that has been attuned to recreational opportunities that should go hand in hand with managed growth. A charming main street where something is always going on no matter the season. A community that recognizes and celebrates newcomers to the area while appreciating those who have helped to build the structure and values that will carry this charming part of the world forward hopefully for generations to come as a truly pleasant place to live and prosper."
