Description

This property is not currently for sale or for rent on Trulia. The description and property data below may have been provided by a third party, the homeowner or public records.
Located in the Traditions gated 55+ community, this is the perfectly designed 2 bedroom 2.5 bath home plus den (county shows it as a 3rd bedroom), plus a multipurpose room. It’s UNOCCUPIED and EASY TO SHOW. It’s peaceful and quiet away from the freeway noise.
In this perfect home, the front room widely opens to the kitchen, dining area, den, and the patio. All together they form a “great room”. As you enter, off to the left of the spacious foyer you find the visitor’s powder room, a coat closet, and the entrance to the spacious master suite, a large bedroom and sitting area, a double vanity area, the newly glazed shower, a privacy toilet, and a large walk-in closet.
The master bedroom flooring and throughout the majority of the home, is Pergo brand walnut plank of excellent quality very highly rated for both wear and safety.
At the other end of the home, separated by the great room hub, are the guest facilities, their bedroom and bath, plus the laundry room. The guest room is as close to being a separate master suite as possible with the exception of having a separate bath next to the bedroom rather than entering it through the bedroom. The den/office can be an optional third bedroom.
The master bath flooring is the newer style waterproof vinyl tile and the kitchen and guest bath floors are covered in a beautiful Wilsonart brand laminate tile.
We maintained a small lawn for our dog. We’ve gradually removed grass adding more and more plants and flowers. The three cherry trees, (Bing, Stella, and Rainier) make up the approximately 12’x12’ orchard. We spend much of our time in the yard having our breakfasts and dinners under the umbrella. Parking provided in attached two car garage plus daytime parking at curbside.
There are many activities in the community. We have organized card games, golf, restaurant outings, and travel to name a few. There is a short course golf right across the street, a community swimming pool allowing children in the afternoons, except under COVID-19 refs., and a large hot tub spa for relaxing and possible socializing.
We invite you, and your agent, to come see the house. Email or call us and we will set a date and time for viewing. Seller holds a California real estate license #01194986, and will cooperate with other brokers and your agent. See attached copy of floor plan, in with photos, as used in the developer’s marketing materials. Listing coming soon to the MLS where recent sales to support a list price of $625,000.

"No dogs are allowed in the park except your dog. If it's your dog, it's fine. They should be kept on leash if necessary and always closely watched and cleaned up after them. Pro Tips: if your dog is not comfortable around children or other dogs, keep them on leash. The signs really say no dogs but it's not enforced and everyone clearly likes it that way."
