All of the homes are consistently maintained, and mostly owner occuppied which is probably the reason for having one of the lowest crime rates in the area. There is no wind, abundant sunshine well into the afternoon hours, no airport noise, minimal street traffic noise and all of the utilities are underground leaving beautiful unobstructed views of all the mountain ranges!"
