    "We are about a 5-8 min drive from downtown and City of Oxnard City Hall. About a 2 min drive from Camino Del Sol park. There is a green belt path through part of the neighborhood that makes for a good walk."

A quick cab ride to business or if you prefer take a bus, and for those of you that commute to work you’re 5 minutes or less to the freeway yet far enough not to hear the traffic as you get ready to commute to Santa Barbara or Santa Monica beaches. After arriving home from work why not take a relaxing and pleasant stroll at the East Village Park. The new 6 acre park, under Construction, is located right next to the new Rio Rosales Middle School. The center is located within the RiverPark subdivision of Oxnard. A totally comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable location."
