Our streets are dangerous for pedestrians because people speed their cars up to get thru a light or just racing. The Police and Ambulance sirens are constant. Good luck because the Valley is better that town."

    "The residents are mostly renters and we keep to ourselves a lot. Since people move in and out so fast you dont have the opportunity to make lasting friendships. Traffic and Parking is terrible. And there are lots of Homeless incampments and vagrants asleep in doorways. "
