"That it is safe for their kids. This is a true city suburb, with homelessness and crime. Research well before moving here. "

"Between Burbank and Fulcher/Bonner in NoHo. A block away from 7/11 constantly hear homeless fighting, screaming, shooting fireworks, airplanes from Burbank airport, found hypodermic needles on my sidewalk multiple times, had two motorcycles stolen outside my front door, had a break and entry, I would NOT let me girlfriend walk outside alone; she wouldn’t do it any way because she’s too uncomfortable to walk outside alone. There’s more but I’m tired."

Feels like a bird sanctuary with so many different birds visiting and nesting in my yard. Assigned middle school has one of the best IHP programs."

"NoHo Arts District has blossomed into a fun, diverse, and exciting neighborhood. Dog friendly and so many places to enjoy a night out or a good meal. The Laemmle Theatre is awesome. The Vegan food fest takes place here and a weekly farmer’s market on Saturdays. Thursday nights there are food trucks at NoHo Park! Summer time I’ve enjoyed outdoor concerts and movie nights. The methodist church has fun activities, including a trunk or treat and Christmas tree lot! Overall - a safe and good neighborhood."
