    "We moved from NOISY congested Corona del Mar and absolutely LOVE it up here! Not only do we have real privacy now but also are above the coastal fog that kept it cold, damp & dreary when we lived by the beach in CdM. We also absolutely positively are thrilled we don't have the sirens from the emergency vehicles all day & night from the CdM Fire Station. Its serenely quiet up here in this LOW density planned community with wild birds chirping (vs. CdMs crows crowing), bees buzzing, and incredible 270º views of Orange County all the way to Palos Verdes, Catalina Island, San Bernardino mountains, Crystal Cove & El Moro State Parks, Laguna Coast Wilderness Park, and of course the Pacific Ocean. We have hiking / mountain biking trail entries right from our development and a gorgeous new city park with basketball courts, playgrounds, baseball fields, etc. right next door. We also have parks INSIDE our Pacific Ridge development including a kids park and Olympic size heated salt water pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Come see for yourself why Pacific Ridge is such a hidden gem in Newport Coast. We're just glad we found it!"

    "I work primarily in Pelican HIll, one of Orange County's premier luxury communities. Pelican HIll has a attendant at both gates, keeping security tight...along with roaming security. Views are spectacular on most lots. There is a height restriction of about 28 feet, keeping obstruction to a minimum. Located next to the Pelican HIll Resort, the restaurants are great and the golf and spa is as well. It is difficult to compare other neighborhoods to the spectacular Pelican Hill."
