The teachers and counselors are invested in the whole student body and they are addressing any social and emotional problems that resulted from the Pandemic. School does a good job to have all students feel inclusive and encourages all students and student leadership to help others feel included. There is not a lot of fights, but if there is one, the teachers and principal will take care of it fast. Teachers do a good job at challenging students in there various subjects and are creative in engaging the student to learn. Love that there is a lot of diversity here and students learn how to relate to everyone in the proper and grown up way.

This school is fantastic. We have been sending our 5-year old here for a year and he has been welcomed by both his Kindergarten class and by the older kids at the school. We can see how much the teachers care about the kids on a daily basis, and how involved the parents are here. It's a small, but well-loved school, and very responsive to the surrounding neighborhood. The grounds are clean and well-kept, the classrooms are organized and well designed and most importantly, our kid loves going to Monta Loma! There have been some comments about bullying above, and we haven't personally experienced any bullying, but I don't doubt anyone's claims that it is happening. Bullying is going to take the whole community to stop, and we are 100% here for it. No tolerance for bullying!

um its okay i guess. The neutral bathroom was vandalized with anti-racial comments and symbols and the administration did nothing about it but paint over it. You can still see some messages which shows that they don't care. No announcement or anything. There are expose pipes in that bathrooms as well and its overall just disgusting . Imagine a new student coming and seeing that. They wouldn't feel welcomed or safe at all.
