My child loves this school (and misses being there during Distance Learning). The Admin, all support staff, and teachers have been exceptional partners in my childs education. Even in challenging times, they were helpful and resolved with compassion and empathy, even while receiving discipline.PTA is active and supportive of all students.Students are encouraged by everyone at school to be ready and responsible, and how to plan for their academic and social success.The current rating does not accurately reflect the care and work that this school is doing to support and provide a great education for all students.Parent Review3y ago - Wild Rose Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageToxic environment led by principal that cares more about her position than the students. The principal gaslit us about federal law and procedures regarding IEP, which was frustrating and we only found out after consulting an advocate and lawyer. The school district will try its best not to provide services and accommodations to special needs kids. Teachers are rude and uncaring, causing trauma to very young children who cannot advocate for themselves. We had to transfer after multiple incidents with the teacher and staff. "There are a lot of dog owners here.. most of the owners are friendly and seem to have control of their dogs, no problems with aggressive dogs or out of control dogs.. they pick up after their dogs all the time "

"There is a lovely new dog park opening soon. However some of the sidewalks in this neighborhood are grown over/covered in grass, so it can be tough walking if you don’t want to go into the street. "

"I love Monrovia. It is a very homey city in the foothills with an extremely neighbourly feel. I absolutely love it! PLUS is is very racially integrated which is a huge plus. the type of neighborhood where everyone says hi to u when you're walking down the street."
