Close to the Beach and Next to the marina. Its a 3rd floor but it feels more like a 5th floor. Great apartment for a single person or a couple. It's a very chill community.

The Marina city club charges a one time fee of $50 for being a member. It includes the use of the pools, tennis courts, sauna and gym.
Other amenities like the restaurant, carwash, hair salon, etc are payed as you use them. Restaurant has room service as well.
There is a keyed area to store a bicycle as well. Please contact me to set an appointment to see it in person.
