Description
This property is not currently for sale or for rent on Trulia. The description and property data below may have been provided by a third party, the homeowner or public records.
Beautiful corner lot in east Manhattan Beach. City view from living room. Older house, so best use would probably be to tear down existing house and garage and build new residence. There are a number of newer houses in the neighborhood, including adjacent property. Build your dream home on this great lot. Property is being sold "as is," as the existing house needs work if you do not tear down. Seller will not pay any brokerage commission. To schedule a showing, send an email to jepchina@live.com.

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWhen evaluated holistically, it's an underwhelming experience here at Meadows. For as intimate as the school seems there's a glaring lack of community. We expect more from the school's education and social-emotional skill areas considering the school system reviews and how often MBEF asks us for donations. Resources and instruction are subpar for the neighborhood. Teachers are a grab bag - some are wonderful while others leave much to be desired. We have been fortunate to have decent teachers but other parents have shared uninspiring accounts of their children's instructors. The same can be said about family engagement - some things are done well, while others leave a lot to be desired. Communication about grades and progress could definitely be better when weighed against the frequency of superfluous communications. You may want to setup rules for your inbox to help with the latter. Additionally, communication is one way and it is a challenge to get in touch with teachers or administrators on an individualized basis - even great ones are unresponsive. The weekly class emails and are essentially it. Monitor/Admin staff are quick to assign blame before investigating incidents. Principal Krz. is seemingly nice unless your child "gets in trouble". A fellow parent shared that their child, a 6 yr old, was identified to be suspended for a minor collision on the playground. Office Manager is alright and front staff Michelle is always kind and helpful.Parent Review2mo ago - Mira Costa High School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur daughter is currently attending Manhattan Beach Middle School after attending all grades at Grand View Elementary School here in Manhattan Beach. She currently enjoying all of her teachers who are challenging here. Class sizes are small, all under 25 and she is being challenged especially in her Advanced Math. Everything is tracked through Google Classroom which may be a challenge to non-technology savy parents; but creates great IT skills for the students. The PTA does an incredible job of involving the community and raises huge amounts of money to further support programs in school and after school. The school has almost great facilities and sports programs/teams as well. Insane amount of Clubs students can join that meet during lunch breaks are good.Given the level of affluence in the community most households make education a top priority. This lifts all children as motivation is contagious. Our child is currently excelling here.Highly recommend!Parent Review1y ago - Check out schools near 1401 19th St.
