Ocean view, Frank Hendler architectural home in a private neighborhood above Malibu. This classic modern architectural home features a 2-story tall living room with walls of glass that frame unobstructed ocean views. The entire home, and the uniquely curved roof, was designed for a musician who wanted music to fill the home when playing. There is a large pool and spa with a recently installed Ipe deck. The kitchen was upgraded w/ stainless countertops and hand selected quartz. The master suite, located on the top floor, has tall ceilings w/ natural light, two decks, a large master bath, and beautiful ocean views. There are two bedrooms below that have en suite bathrooms, and private decks. One of the bedrooms has it's own entrance for guests that need to come and go. There is a side yard w/ a flat area for grass and a pavillion for entertaining. The home is very private, located approx. 2 minutes to PCH, and has ample parking that can easily accomodate 8 cars. 9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe teachers, staff and parents are welcoming, inclusive and easy to communicate with. Truly the best choice for our kids. The academics are outstanding. The student population is fairly small which means everyone knows everyone. The only downside to that is that the sports teams and theater often have to do with less participants than the larger urban schools.Parent Review5mo ago - Webster Elementary School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageUnder new principal Ted this school is an absolute gem. Our son just completed kindergarten and teachers, support staff, facilities and the principal were all top notch. Our son made excellent academic progress and looks forward to going to school each day. We could not be happier with the experience. A great PTA that provides additional resources to the school. The partnership with the boys and girls club also provides enrichment and after school care. Overall, very impressed.Parent Review9mo ago - Check out schools near 21066 Las Flores Mesa Dr.

"None- Malibu is becoming too rich for its own good. It used to be fun but now it’s cheesy and full of self important gits "

"Do not commute - I am now retired Commuting is a nightmare in the AM as it is always bumper to bumper It would make a huge improvement if they would sink the lights or open the center lane southbound and facilitate the traffic flow. If it rains you can guarantee that the storm drains haven’t been cleared as they have never been on a maintenance schedule in the past forty years I have lived here so they always backup and cause the highway to have huge flooded area resulting in some clown going to fast and causing an accident. The first rains always seem to cause the signal lights to go out too! People seem to forget that PCH is one of the year long most heavily used highways in the country. The first rains always mix with the motor oil on the road making it VERY DANGEROUS yet people forget to slow down thus more accidents than normal. Summertime brings thousands of tourists so forget trying to go in to town. If a weekend is nice weather you can guarantee it’s bumper to bumper coming into Malibu in the AM and even worse from 3 PM on going back to town. If CAL trans does any work they always set up before their allocated 8:30 AM time causing more “looky-loo” slowing !"

"There are many families in Malibu and it is a community oriented town. Kids will most often be seen playing at the beach or parks, there are not a lot of neighborhoods with cul de sacs. However, many families enjoy outdoor activities year round."
