"Lots of kids. Safe here. Excellent schools. Just a great town. But this is not like some cities where it’s all about academics. This town values sports and hobbies along with academics. "

"This neighborhood on the southeastern side of downtown is in one of, if not THE most convenient locations in all of Los Gatos. Everything listed below is approximately one mile or less (AKA walking distance) from this neighborhood: - Four top-rated schools (Van Meter, Blossom Hill, Fisher, LG High) plus Green Hills Preschool and Hillbrook private school, - Downtown Los Gatos - Los Gatos Creek Trail - Three grocery stores (Safeway, Lunardi's, Whole Foods) - Six beautiful, clean parks which include Blossom Hill Park, Oak Meadow Park, Vasona Park, Town Plaza Park, Bachman Park, and Worcester Park And, when you do have to get in the car and drive, residents can be on Hwy 17 in about two minutes or less, but they live just far enough away and above it so they don't have to hear it. Real estate prices should only continue to skyrocket here."
