"It’s bustling and close to everything you could need. We walk to most places - grocery stores, restaurants, the Grove, LACMA. It can be loud at times, and people love to drive too fast down residential streets, but otherwise it’s a nice place to live. "

"Walking distance to Trader Joe’s, post office, Staples, The Grove, etc. Parking can be difficult. If you say hi to someone, they will rarely say hi back. It’s safe to walk around at night. However, I usually can’t walk more than a block without seeing at least a couple homeless people."

"I’ve been living here for 3 years. A lot of car theft , don’t leave anything in your car and make sure that you lock your car even if it’s in the garage. The apartments here are not smoke free , other than these i have no other complaints "

It’s a very dog friendly area in terms of the businesses as well. LACMA is great for a good game of fetch and there is a dog park in park La Brea complex but I’ve yet to go to it."
