This property is no longer available to rent or to buy. This description is from August 27, 2021
Do you have a client looking for a great condo unit in Koreatown that’s near Downtown LA? Then this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 1040sqft unit is for you! Not only does it have a great floor plan, it also has a washer and dryer INSIDE the unit along with a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Refrigerator included! Nestled on the top floor of a 4 story condominium building, your client will only share ONE common wall with anyone, as this is a CORNER unit! Now I know that parking, in recent times, has been tough on everybody. The greatest part of this complex is that there are plenty of INSIDE/SECURED ACCESS guest parking spots available! Yet, the best part is the unit's parking situation. It has two side by side parking spaces! Once again, SIDE by SIDE, people! NONE of that tandem nonsense! Should your client also want to get a quick workout going, we got you covered as well. Enter the basement gym. Some other highlights of the unit include a great view of Downtown Los Angeles, a high ceiling, recessed lighting, hardwood floors and granite counter tops. The unit is also conveniently located close to the major freeways.

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIt's a good school and has really cool teachers that are understanding and know how to teach. Tutoring is also available by almost any teacher and since I've taken 6 AP classes at this school, the teachers really prepare you for the test and make you practice almost every class, you will only understand if you pay attention. If you pay attention for the majority of the class, you most likely won't have to attend tutoring (which is always optional).Student Review1y ago - Rfk Community Schools-New Open World Academy K-12

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is a reply to the previous comment. As a former student, Alumni 2013, Ms. Torres and Mr. Muralles are both very dedicated to their students and exceptionally helpful. Never met anyone so passionate about their students; they never stopped to fulfill our needs. The reason for Ms. Torres not being able to be reached is probably due to the tremendous amount of work she has on her plate. There are only 2 counselors in ASGL, and they have to work their butt off to counsel kids from Middle School(6-8th) to High School(9-12). Sorry to hear your bad experience, but this school has immensely improved academically. Shot-outs to the counselors and Mr. Bailey. -Former Student :)Other Review10y ago - Check out schools near 917 S New Hampshire Ave #415.

"Traffic is busy in the mornings and evenings. There are more cars than parking spaces, so parking is impossible at night."

"the best part about this area that I've been in Bangladesh is they have Chateau party they have a lot of programs for children activity with the children such as baseball soccer basketball tennis and they fancy and I appreciate that so our children do have somewhere to go and socialize and achieve their goals that's the only thing in the last 20 years I've enjoyed in this neighborhood thank you"

"It’s a diverse neighborhood. If you want to hangout with friends it’s a great spot, but to live here I don’t recommend it. Unless you like the city life it’s perfect for you. "

"There’s lots of grassy areas but people don’t train their dogs properly and few have control, manners, or pick up after their pets. "
- Trulia User
- Resident

"Lots of people have dogs. Some are very respectful of homeowners properties. Most are not. Very few actual dog parks. You have to drive to them rather than just walk. I am a dog lover but to be perfectly honest it's not a place I would like to raise a dog as a pet. "

"It’s okay. It has become an eyesore with homelessness and crime the past few years. Local government needs to stop lining their pockets and do something to help those in need. "

"I’ve been in Koreatown for the past 10 years. I love the diversity of population and close proximity to a DTLA/Hollywood/Miracle Mile, and the food is delicious. But people do not pick up after their dogs and the homelessness is getting out of control."

- Joe P.

"It’s centrally located and close to all areas of LA. Rents are still relatively low. Parking is absolutely awful. People are not neighborly and save street spaces daily when they have ample parking spaces in their lots. There’s very little neighborhood camaraderie. Bikes stolen frequently. Packages stolen so frequently it’s better to ship to an Amazon locker. My car has been broken into 3 times in 7 years. The only reason i stay is rent is so cheap for a huge space and it’s close to everything. "
- Brianvaldez8

"Streets are dirty Rent is extremely high and unaffordable. Dirty streets. Drink more water Dirty streets With NO PARKING . Extremely difficult to find a parking spot . Ticket officers always bullshiting and giving tickets. Pluck the police Clean your city and your neighborhood S"

"I love the diversity of Koreatown. I also love the walkability factor. I’m close to the metro so if I need to go to DTLA, it’s a 7 min subway ride. It’s possible to live without a car in LA if you live in Koreatown. "
- Caelonreed

"Love Koreatown very lively. My neighbors are families and persons who are natives to this area and they are all very kind."

"It’s up and coming. Gentrifying, but very slowly. I’ve loved it here for over a year. It’s quiet, yet popular."
- Mistalock

"I've lived in this area for twenty years and though it isn't the most neighborly of places it is well kept in most areas and is near everything that you'd want to do in a city. "
- KTownLA
- Resident

"Gentrification and in-fill development has made this the fastest growing and most dense part of LA. Plethora of dining options and pubs/bars/clubs. More singles/couple oriented. Plans are being implemented to retain the Korean-American character. Some beautiful examples of architecture and stately buildings mixed in with modern and hodgepodge buildings. Closest thing to a walkable part of town with access to public transport aside from DTLA. Major homeless population is a big deterrent. "
- Leslie M.
- Resident

"There is good diversity as far as restaurants in the area go. Other than that, the place is filling up with tents on sidewalks, as well as drunks passed out & rats running around. "
