"I commute on my own to century City, driving around three miles through Cheviot Hills and taking anywhere from ten to twenty five minutes. Commuting to downtown can be hearty but it’s easy if you take the expo line. "

"Great restaurants and international food within walking distance. Safe neighborhood. Get the perks of being in a hustle and bustle of a cool town but also it doesn’t feel claustrophobic like the rest of LA. "

"This neighborhood is safe and clean. I feel secure walking around during the day or night alone and the weather is awesome. It is close enough to the beach to always have a nice breeze and cooler temperatures than the valley. It is also very centrally located, there are stores in every direction that are within walking distance. "

"Commute isn’t bad - drivers know the area and we have several Freeway entrances nearby. Parking is OK. "

"My usual commute to Beverly Hills is about 15 minutes with traffic. However, on average most of LA is 30 to 45 minutes in traffic from this location. "

"Will be next cool neighborhood. Venice is busy and stores are uneven, but improving and upgrading. Can’t ride bikes easily because doesn’t feel completely safe, not pedestrian friendly.,"

"DO NOT LIVE on Hannum Drive. There is a big cockroach issue and it's a neighbor / sewage issue. Even if you don't see these for the first few weeks of living here, be warned that they will eventually turn up."

"Central to everything and easy to get on the 405, 10, and Lincoln is close too! Palms will get you to Venice beach and Abbot Kinney fastest. Washington, Overland, and Sepulveda are awesome too. Traffic is bad during peek times, but it’s still better than the freeways or other major streets."
