Starting off with the teachers, you can tell that they enjoy teaching, and they listen to the parents concerns, and they provide feedback. With office staff, very welcoming, which, as a parent is important. And with administration, the principal is very hands-on, she makes herself available, and is always present to greet the students and parents. The principal, listens to your concerns, and you can tell her she is very empathetic to ensuring, not only the education of the children, but their safety. As a parent, attending meetings is very crucial, an important, as you can be made aware, decisions, or new implementations that the school district is making.
