I have encountered nothing but support for my child’s educational needs from faculty and staff at this school. I have voiced concerns respectfully to faculty and staff and have had nothing but respectful solutions to my concerns. Pro-tip if you’d like an alternative after school program at a public school. Gather all the parents who are interested in the program and approach an alternative after school program with the amount of interested parents. They will tell you if there are enough students to start a program at your school AND let you know how much that will cost out of pocket. LA’s Best is a FREE after school program for LAUSD kids. This year, he's still being bullied by the same family, and the school hasn't acted. The staff is overwhelmed, and my son's education is suffering. He's struggling because he has to worry about self-protection and can't focus in an unhealthy social environment.
