"I don’t really see dogs being walked here by their owners, only the occasional dog owner here and there throughout the week, but not that dog friendly in terms of walking around with your dog. Most owners let their dogs roam in the backyard."

"You'll hear police helicopter every other day , it is not very safe neighborhood. Cars are always speeding because there is no stop sign nor speed bumps lots of cars will crash Into others and at night is when you hear all the speeding fireworks start way before 4th of July and continue for two months after the street are so dirt and people litter every 2 min I do not enjoy living here nor would I buy a home here some homes for sale are way over priced and they are old and not maintained at all "

I wish we took better care of the community itself but I’ve been here for 3 years; my mother next door, over 10 and I can probably count on one hand the number of ‘incidents’. "
