"Lots of drug dealers, drug addicts and crime, package thieves, homeless people. I would definitely not raise children here. The teenagers here always hang out in the alley to do drugs and are very bad examples. "

"Lots of people in the area have dogs, but there are a lot of dog owners that don’t pick up after their dogs poop. The Silver Lake dog park is a short drive away, so that’s nice! "

"It’s quiet and for the most part people pick up but there are a lot of homeless people and not much grass space so if your dog is ok with sidewalk your good (mines a city dog ) also be careful when people say dog park cause my apartment did and it was literally an ally with broken glass ? "

"This is definitely not the neighborhood to raise your kids. I moved to this neighborhood when I was 5; I will be turning 50 in a few months. Back then there were plenty of kids in the neighborhood to play with. Over time, I saw those numbers dwindle. When you look around you now, you don’t see any kids at all and the demographics are ages 45 and up. The worse part is the parking! Neighbors actually fighting with each other over parking! The problem? Too many apartments around the area, and more are being built. What was once a quiet street is now plagued with cars constantly driving through and some over speed right through. I just listed my house for sale. It’s about time."
