They are always creating new art or doing fun activities that help with learning. They already had 3 field trips. "Diversity and architecture are both very important aspects of the neighborhood. There are great small businesses as well, especially along Pico. Needs safer streets though as cars speed all the time and the area is pinch point for several main boulevards. "
