Your search for a 2bed, 2bath downtown Long Beach condo is over! Welcome to this turn-key retreat in Sunset Pointe, known for its resort-like rooftop pool/spa and tranquil courtyard. This floor plan is one of the largest the community has to offer. Let’s start with some of the renovations and upgrades: New paint on walls throughout, both showers have been completely re-tiled, new dishwasher installed, brand new high-end luxury vinyl flooring installed in the living room, dining area and kitchen, new closet doors in the primary bedroom, improvements to the fireplace, and both decks have been re-finished. Now let’s talk about the space... Great open entry leads you into the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Living room features a floor-to-ceiling tiled fireplace and direct access to the very large balcony. Now this balcony off the living room overlooks the neighborhood and is shaded by beautiful mature trees. Wood cabinetry with modern hardware and pulls offer plenty of kitchen storage, and the stainless steel appliances, sink, and finishes compliment it very well. Primary suite has its own direct access to a private balcony as well…yes this home has two private balconies! Both bedrooms are already equipped with ceiling fans and large closets. This home also comes with inside stackable laundry units. Parking is a breeze with two assigned parking spaces in the subterranean, gated structure. Easily access the unit by using the elevator. You will love all of the amenities this community has to offer. Come check it out for yourself!

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI've been assigned to this school for about 3 weeks, and this is the most terrible school to work in. The kids are not sure what they're learning and require constant reminders of the subject material. Some students don't know how to type and they don't read any books that can help with their language. Very few kids know what they're doing, however, the majority lack proper cognitive skills and they don't take notes and they have no homework. The subjectivity of some kids is appalling and they despise certain instructors for no good reason who are trying to help them. This is an evil school and I hope people make the right choice and don't come near this school.Other Review2y ago - Cabrillo High School

"Dog friendly, but watch your step and don't be surprised by the stench. Street cleaners can't keep up, but even worse businesses/apartment complexes don't ever rinse their buildings to assist in keeping the city nice. "

"I take public transit to work every day, transferring from the A Line to the Green Line. LA Metro has lots of annoying delays, but it’s still faster than sitting in traffic all day."

"It has dirty streets, with no parking space. A lot of people walk with their dogs, but few clean their poop. Trash around everywhere, also the street sweeping doesn’t work well, but they will give you a fine if you leave your car there. "
