5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI didn’t know what to expect when my child started kindergarten, but this is an absolutely outstanding school. My child is in their final year and has had an exceptional experience. The teachers are all top tier. They’ve been working together for many years and they have so much love for the students and families and our community. Being at Stevenson has been an amazing experience for my family. The school is a community in itself and I am so thankful for the care they take in educating my child and helping me raise her as a lifelong learner.Parent Review8mo ago - Check out schools near 525 E Seaside Way #1105.

"Dog friendly, but watch your step and don't be surprised by the stench. Street cleaners can't keep up, but even worse businesses/apartment complexes don't ever rinse their buildings to assist in keeping the city nice. "

"It has dirty streets, with no parking space. A lot of people walk with their dogs, but few clean their poop. Trash around everywhere, also the street sweeping doesn’t work well, but they will give you a fine if you leave your car there. "
