I specially love the location and close proximity to everything... there's Mother's, Trader Joe's, Kings, and close proximity to Irvine Spectrum and Laguna Beach. I especially like that it's gated and private. Has a country club type for you feel. Lots of active seniors staying active, walking their dogs and caring about their community."
