"The sunset everyday is a neighborhood ritual, you often see neighbors and dog owners out each evening to enjoy the view. Also the La Jolla Art & Wine festival and other annual local events really help build the community feeling. "

"Our commute is local, so we are lucky. The downside of living here if you work outside La Jolla, there is only one main road out to the FWY and sometimes it takes time to leave this area because of traffic. Summer time is worst because of traffic coming in and out of the La Jolla Beaches. The 30 MTA is the closest bus in our area but the route is great because you can easily connect to other buses in other stops available. "
