The HOA only lets u put out holiday lights 10 days before holiday or they write a letter & want pictures u removed decorations . "

    "I live here it has been great for my small family, The area is clean and well maintained, and there are lots of trails and pathways. we love to walk our dog and go for bike rides. Our house is very close to Irvine Valley College, which is very quiet and a great place for recreation. Just across Irvine Center is the award winning Oak Creek Golf Course. We love to eat at the little cafe at Oak Creek on weekends."
