The administrative staff is very communicative and the teachers are incredibly experienced and kind. I’m already dreading the end of the school year because we’ll miss our teacher do much! "It is an open community but still quiet. Hardly any disturbances and is still isolated from busy roads. The only time this area feels very alive is when Coachella And Stagecoach festivals are occurring right in our backyards. It’s a good neighborhood to be a part of overall."

"I've lived in this neighborhood 7 years. I have friendly neighbors who look out for each other. This is a very safe neighborhood where you can jog and walk your dogs at night without worry. We decorate for the holidays and folks take pride in keeping their yards beautiful. It' easy access to everything."

"Other than an annual yard sale there are no events. A long time ago, 10 years or more, there were community events. A nice couple would throw a Halloween party for kids, and the HOA board used to have bingo and White Elephant on holidays. "
