  • Trulia User
"Lots and lots of dogs in this area!!! There are Dog friendly parks but no dog friendly beaches. Not a lot of places for your dog to go the bathroom unless you walk to a grassy park area or your dog if comfortable going on the sidewalk. "

"Volleyball courts, lifeguard stands, great schools and restaurants serve a local community, Some say we have too many places for people to drink and its true but the balance of family and community works so far. We have it all. There is always spirited discussions in the area over the concern of the day. Lots are selling for over 1.4 million dollars right now 5/5/2014. Its a very small town but not Mayberry. We don't all know our neighbors or their business. We do have a huge active sports community, local theater events for our growing children. 1.5 sq mile along the sand and ocean. That's Hermosa. "
