Welcome home to this move-in ready, four-bedroom home in Bodger Park! The walkway to the front porch is lined with beautifully landscaped flower beds and a thick, green lawn. As you step into the home, soak in the large open floor plan that allows the living room, dining area and kitchen to seamlessly connect. Oversized windows with custom blinds allow plenty of natural light making the home bright and airy. The kitchen features a peninsula with high top seating, ample counter space and quartz countertops. It also includes generous cabinet space and stainless steel appliances including a wine refrigerator. The original hardwood floors are in great shape and enhance the charm of the home. The three front bedrooms have sizable closets and each would make the perfect home office. As you walk to the rear of the home, you'll notice a separate laundry room complete with a barn door. The main bedroom is a true suite with a fireplace, vaulted ceilings, a huge walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The backyard has privacy landscaping and includes a cement patio with a pergola that offers a flexible outdoor living space for both humans and our furry friends. While there's plenty of street parking, this home boasts a 3-car driveway and a 2-car garage for all your toys. Nestled on a quiet street with minimal through traffic, this home is equally close to the South Bay beaches as well as the new stadium in Inglewood. This rare four-bedroom home will not last long!

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHawthorne has had a bad image in the past, but it has done wonders to turn it around. There are many programs in place dedicated to supporting students and their needs. Some of these programs include after-school tutoring, therapy, intervention specialists, ELD support, AP classes, academies, etc. The school district also offers teachers regular professional development (some required and some optional). The majority of teachers on this campus are passionate educators who truly care about the students. For the most part, the students at the school are happy to be here and ready to learn.Teacher Review6y ago - Leuzinger High School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageNot so good of a reputation so it was scary to enroll my son here but it’s actually a great school. My son has told me he gets along very well and very little to none bullying you see. I’ve met the teachers they are very nice and so is the staff. Teachers are strict though but it’s a good school.Parent Review2y ago - Lawndale High School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son had the opportunity to go to an elite private school for free in Los angeles. We chose to go to Lawndale High School for their academies and their Sports program. We are so happy that we did. The academics especially in the honors and AP classes are excellent.Parent Review8mo ago - F. D. Roosevelt Elementary School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a Will Rogers student there some good things About this school and there are bad things, like the fact that the teacher's at this school have some of the most crazies, rudest attitudes, like the Computer and 6th grade math teacher (not all of them) has the worst attitudes ever and they are very hard to approach and when you do, they don't seem that Interested or Appreciated when you asked a question. Also this school is so strict on the bathroom policy it's so messed up that we need a bathroom pass just to empty out our bladder especially when middle school is when your body is changing from a kid to a teenager (especially the girls) so it's important to use the restroom when you need to and you shouldn't need to have a bathroom pass at all. Like I said earlier there are some good things at this school like the fact that they have a lot of after school activities that let us (students) express our likings and hobbies. Also this school has a class that focuses on students leadership qualities and helps shyness into something more than just anxiety. They also make and plan school activities (mostly during lunch). These activities mostly focuses on common problems like the challenges of starting 6 grade, drugs, climate change, mental health, etc... and fun things like, red ribbon week, spirt week,Earth week, etc... Yes each school has bad and good things to everything they do, but if we all come together we can change things for the better and make Will Rogers Middle School a safe, happy learning environment. Thank you for your time reading this lengthy paragraph and have a great day/night!Student Review5mo ago - Check out schools near 3944 W 148th St.

"Great place to live, been here 25 plus years. Close to all major freeways, neighbors are great. If you happen to have any kids, their are school and every direction. Many restaurants and malls near by to shop at whatever it is you like or eat. Then the last part, it’s 4 Targets in the area, with one newly built."

"I’ve lived here my whole life (21 years) and love it. Wonderful neighbors, pretty streets. Although just east of here is not quite as safe, this is an isolated pocket of safety and friendliness. I grew up feeling safe enough to go on walks in the neighborhood late at night with my father. Lovely place to raise a family."
