10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy of my children graduated from CV. Both went on to graduate from a state university in4 years and one is currently getting his masters at USC. They had so many activities - track, football, theater plus so many AP courses to choose from. The school is huge so kids need to find their tribe and create opportunities to stand out and get involved. Our youngest will start there this fall and we’re really grateful this is our local school.Parent Review2mo ago - Rosemont Middle School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating Averagein general the school cares for its students but around 5 teachers left for the year bc of various reasons. also, wide range of education among students - some of them regularly throw around the n-word while some are... at least not failing half their classes.Student Review1y ago - Valley View Elementary School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOverall we are very happy with Valley View. We have an excellent Principal (Mrs. Stubbs) who is really involved & knows each child personally. As previously mentioned by others, it’s a small school which is great. Distance learning for a shy quiet kindergartner was hell, as it would be anywhere, we also at the time had a preschooler and newborn and I’m a mandated worker out of the home, so it was rough, but that had more to do with my work situation, and schools in general not doing great with the distance learning, not valley view in particular. Lots of community activities for this school, and I feel the academics are good. Very involved, supportive parents, which makes all the difference. Overall we would not change schools.Parent Review2mo ago - Check out schools near 3300 Fairmount Ave.

"I live in the La Crescenta part of Glendale and enjoy the quiet lifestyle away from the fast pace of LA. 10 minutes to downtown Glendale or Pasadena for entertainment but everything needed is available locally on Foothill Boulevard. People here care about their community and getting to know one another. Has that La Canada feel without the multi-million dollar price tag."
