Quick access to the I-5 to get to work and wherever you are going. Great location and rock bottom pricing really for this area. Climb the hill for the 180 degree view of the hills and lagoon."

"I have lived in Seagate Village since 1994. My husband and I have enjoyed the feeling of a friendly village in a small town within a larger city, and that within a vibrant metropolitan San Diego. Great beaches and lots of recreational opportunities abound. If you can think of it, we've got it somewhere in San Diego County."
