El Segundo has the best school systems all the up to 10/10 high school. So many jobs opportunities within 30 mile driving distance. Just 5 minute away from the beach to watch the sunset during summer and surfing in the morning before work.

"I am retired but have an active social life. I drive the freeways all the time. In any of the greater LA area the traffic is horrible. You have to leave after 10:00 AM and be back in your home area by 2:00 PM to get around town with sitting in traffic. It’s just the lay of the land in LA. "
