4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe principal at this school and teachers at this school most definitely play to favorites. Bullying at this school is out of control and some of the bullies are the favorites of the principal and teachers so nothing at this school gets resolved when it comes to bullying. The principal at this school has no people skills there is no way of talking to her she is the kind of person who does not let you speak your opinion! She is the one who is always right! The students and teachers really do care and are passionate about what they do. Rosemead has outstanding teachers and staff compared to a previous high school that I was transferred from and show a strong interest in improving their methods of teaching. "This is a bad neighborhood. I had two of my cars crashed while they were parked and I’ve had several things stolen. A lot of homeless people and people on drugs in the area. "

"Hate the neighborhood where I’m currently living. So thankful to god for helping me buy a new home and finally leave El Monte. I have lived here my whole life and it has been a horrible experience. Crack heads everywhere at night, no common decency with neighbors. Can’t walk around at night and feel comfortable just so thankful I’m moving."

"None. El monte is the worst city ever. I would not recommend this city as a home to anyone. There are drug addicts on every corner, soliciters, loiters, people sleeping on private parking lots. I dont even walk the street because i feel its dangerous. "

"There's A lot of people that lives in the homes, but some people are very nice. But if Treat the people with respect and you will get respect. There are a lot of schools and parks too. It's not that bad of the neighborhood. Like every where you got you bad and good areas. Been living here over 25 years. So not to bad. "

"Its quiet and the people is nice. Good environment for a family with children and pets. The neighboor is clean and is there is no traffic. Halloween is always fun everybody decorates their houses very nicely and the kids have so much fun"
