4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSchool is terrible so far; teachers not paying attention to students in class, no work being done (they’re actually just spending full days drawing and playing games), and the school is dangerous. Yesterday alone there were cops around the school after school handling some stuff that went down, and my kid was beat up IN CLASS. "Crest is great neighborhood. It feels like a small town but in the city. When you drive up the hill you’re met with a beautiful view of the valley. There’s a school, small convenience store, a mom and pops Mexican restaurant, a gas station, and a little park for kids all on one road."

"Lots of coyotes, but also most house in this area have very large yards . If you have small Dog though you have to be on the look out for snakes and coyotes . Lots of areas to walk your dogs especially around the high school. "

"I LIVE IN CONDOS. QUIET. NEAREST PARK FROM ME 6 MILES LAKESIDE. NEAREST GROCERY STORE 1.2 MILES. DMV .5 MILES. WEATHER IS ONE SEASON. NICE. PEOPLE WEAR MASKS. HAIR SALONS, BARBERS ARE NOT FAR. CONVENIENT TO FREEWAY. 7/11 AND LIQUOR STORE 100 YARDS AWAY. ITS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE TO LIVE HERE. GASOLINE IS HIGH. REAL-ESTATE EXPENSIVE. RENT IS HIGH. "
