    "We bought our home in this neighborhood, the end of 2010. I must say, that I love the neighborhood. It is so close to everything! Our neighbors "look out for each others well-being". I frequently take walks, even at night, and have never had a problem. It is a quiet neighborhood, with a mixture of folk from varied age groups. It makes for a very nice place to live, have pets, raise children and even retire. It was a good investment, all the way around. The ratings of the neighborhood are accurate...it is truly a good neighborhood. "
