This school only gets positive reviews because the community they serve is very academically focused. For kids who struggle or have IDPs the teachers don't know how to actually teach, the administration can't seem to be effective at anything. This is not a good school, the numbers are artificially inflated because most parents are sending their kids to extracurricular learning programs. Senior Ditch Day - the administration has threatened taking away graduation and rally night for the entire senior class if 10% (82/890) are not in attendance on any given day.Absolute waste on events. - The school wastes so much money on making events HUGE, hiring in expensive talent for rallys and dances. The school then pinches pennies on venues, limiting occupancy for dances/prom well below the number of students in the class. Many kids don't get to attend because tickets sell out. The school is totally prepared to let students fail, there's no interest in helping struggling students. My child has an IDP, multiple meetings to help him get through graduation. His teachers do not attend meetings, rarely respond to parent emails, and take weeks to months to update grades.I've had 3 students in the Dublin school district for the last 10 years. The district administration is just as dysfunctional, spending hundreds of millions on a new highschool - going significantly over budget at the cost of damaging future years budgets for existing schools. The population growth has slowed significantly in the area and the district is starting to hurt due to over expansion. Teachers are paid poorly, and it reflects in their commitment to students and their jobs.

We are writing to express our sincere gratitude for the exceptional experience our child had during their time at Frederiksen Elementary in Dublin. From the moment we stepped onto the campus, we were impressed by the school's commitment to providing a safe and nurturing learning environment.The facilities are truly top-notch. Everything is new and well-maintained, and the security measures in place provided us with great peace of mind. Our child always felt safe and secure on school grounds. The sports yard is fantastic and has everything needed to encourage physical activity and play.We were particularly impressed with the school's IEP program. The IEP team treated us with exceptional care and understanding. The program itself was well-designed, with clear, measurable goals that were tailored to our child's specific needs. We especially appreciated the additional services offered, such as the "social club", which was instrumental in helping our child overcome social challenges.Moving to a new city has been difficult, and we already miss Frederiksen Elementary tremendously. We truly cannot imagine a better school for our child, and we are so grateful for the time they spent there. Thank you for everything!

As a parent, I feel grateful to have a safe neighborhood public high school that provides a high-quality, excellent education. The teachers are professional and care for students. Additionally, the students are very kind and respectful.
