"We have great parks and so many families live here. The schools are great and it’s a fantastic place to raise kids."
  • Trulia User
"Non existent - I work from home. That said, this neighborhood is very central and I used to take the train to work. "
  • Trulia User
"I commute by car but the train station is about 10 minutes walking distance. Both Culver and Palms stations "
  • Trulia User
"Perfect for young families, safe, high rated school, full of restaurants and nice to walk around. But unfortunately really pricy. "
  • Trulia User
"Neighborhood is very walkable. Lots of young parents with strollers around. I’m close proximity to an Elementary school fire station, police station. I’ve lived here 10 years, it reminds me of Mr Rogers Neighborhood. "
  • Trulia User
"Central, quaint, and friendly! Perfect neighborhood for a young couple or young family. This is a great place to call home."
  • Trulia User
"we have block parties, we have the farmers market. nice people jerrys market is awesome too. my neighborhood is friendly and has lots of little kids. "
  • Trulia User
"My ability to drive anywhere in my neighborhood is a nightmare no matter what time of the day it is! To drive in any direction 1 mile can take up to 40 minutes! Bumper to bumper traffic on side streets. And don’t forget to watch out for the scooters!"
  • Trulia User
"It’s super quiet and safe and yet close to a cool downtown area full of restaurants. I feel safe walking a night. The parking is great. The people are nice and it’s streets are well maintained "
  • Trulia User
"Walking distance to newly renovated downtown where a multitude of restaurants (most offer alfresco dining) have invaded the area in just the past 5 years. Multi-movie theater as well as The Kirk Douglas live theater. Summer concerts and farmer's market on main street only add to the charm of this City's new image. Easy access to the 10 and 405 freeways as well as the newest addition - the Metro!. Some would say this City is "up and coming", but I would say "IT HAS ARRIVED", with still more surprises in the making. Both Sony and Culver Studios have made their home here in Culver City for years. Bike path all the way to the beach! Excellent School district."
