    "My ability to drive anywhere in my neighborhood is a nightmare no matter what time of the day it is! To drive in any direction 1 mile can take up to 40 minutes! Bumper to bumper traffic on side streets. And don’t forget to watch out for the scooters!"

    "Walking distance to newly renovated downtown where a multitude of restaurants (most offer alfresco dining) have invaded the area in just the past 5 years. Multi-movie theater as well as The Kirk Douglas live theater. Summer concerts and farmer's market on main street only add to the charm of this City's new image. Easy access to the 10 and 405 freeways as well as the newest addition - the Metro!. Some would say this City is "up and coming", but I would say "IT HAS ARRIVED", with still more surprises in the making. Both Sony and Culver Studios have made their home here in Culver City for years. Bike path all the way to the beach! Excellent School district."
