Well trained pets are considered. House has a medium size doggie door to back yard. Additional one time pet fee $200 per pet not returnable. $500 returnable per pet deposit for damages.

Renter responsible for utilities, water, trash, pest control/exterminators. HOA is very strict. No boat or trailer parking on streets or driveways. Dock is ok. Fines will be passed on to tenant.

First and last months rent due at signing. Additional security deposit of $1500 also due at signing. $200 non-returnable per pet fee and $500 returnable per pet damage fee due at signing.

Annual HOA and lawn fee covered by landlord. Potential candidates will need to provide 2 months worth of pay stubs for proof of income after an accepted application for a showing of the house.

    "You have to have a vehicle to get to town. Better yet, a 4x4! Bowman Road is always full of pot holes that they fix but don’t really fix! The truckers have a way of kicking out the patches! So, I would say BUMPY COMMUTE!!"

    "I live 10 miles from the freeway! Then it’s right there...Cottonwood! Go north on freeway and there’s Anderson, next, Redding. Go south and it takes you to Red Bluff! You have to drive a little! But traffic isn’t too bad!"
